Taylor Swift has stepped out for the world premiere of the Eras Tour concert film as Aussie fans countdown the hours to the film's October 13 release.
Swift emerged on the red carpet in front of thousands of fans wearing a blue, flower patterned gown at The Grove in Los Angeles, California, on October 12.

Speaking in front of a "hand-selected" group of die-hard fans at the premiere, Swift said she was surprised with what the fans had made the tour into.
"I have done a lot of tours, there's never been one that felt like this and that is all because of you," she said.
"You made it feel like we were floating on air, instead of doing a three-and-a-half hour show on multiple nights every single weekend."

More than $100 million in advance tickets had been sold globally for the pop star's concert film as of October 4.
It follows the success of the Eras Tour so far in the US, attended by more than three million fans, shattering concert sales records and still leaving many singing along from outside arenas after missing out on tickets.
For Australian Swifties, the film offers a glimpse at the career-spanning concert set to hit Australian shores in February 2024.
Some Australian film sessions 'close to sold out'
Director of entertainment at EVT, which owns Event Cinemas, Luke Mackey, has encouraged fans to book their movie tickets quickly to ensure they don't miss out.
"Tickets to Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour film are selling well with some sessions close to sold out, including the very first showing of the film at the new IMAX Sydney," he said.

Mr Mackey also confirmed Event Cinemas would be selling Taylor Swift collector merch to celebrate the film's release, including a limited edition Taylor Swift collector cup.
"Similar to other blockbuster releases, we will bring the fun to our food and beverage menu, including strawberries and cream flavoured popcorn and a variety of Gold Class menu add ons," he said.
Tickets to the seven Eras Tour shows across Sydney and Melbourne sold out within hours in June and left many fans disappointed after unprecedented demand.
